Well Sat was pretty fun. PSL carn's normally kinda boring but I guess we still managed to have a good time yeah. Heh. I think my band kinda screwed up. What with the whole lead vocalist drama and all. But owells I guess it could've been worse. Thanks all you peeps who came to support. (: And to Darrell and Guan koon, you guys weren't that bad k. Really. Except for like some minor probs here and there. Overall it was all good. (: I personally think you all are better than the other RI band actually.

Traffic here is so low nowadays. So sad everyone is probably mugging hard for next week right. Including me which is like... so rare. Nvm once the eois/cts are over we'll get to meet up again ya. And function like normal teenagers instead of the current muggertoad status.

Anw I'm like so stressed out now I can't study. SYF on thursday and its way too soon for me. So far every single performing group in RG has gotten gold or gold with honours. It's really darn pressurising la. Especially since last SYF we only got silver along with ELDDS and INO, and now both already got gwh and gold respectively. Which probably means that if we still get silver, we'll be the only ones. And our conductor will probably get chao you yued v soon if he doesn't produce results aka at least a gold. ARGH. What bad timing for SYF, like 5 days before exams start. =\ Stressstressstress......

hi blog, you can see that this is slowly dying off, and you'd be glad to know, im back to visit! =) oh well. i guess everyone's really busy and theres nothing much anyone can do about that. its just the way it is you know? like somethings just out of our control.

but well, mr blog, just want to tell you that today was a special day because i finally made an effort to eradicate whatever chinese stuff there is left in my brain, and try and replace it with something to the effect of qualitative analysis. to me, when i came back, it was really a wound, a wound that time promised to heal, and did its job. but today, i was rash, and i tried to rip off the scab, only causing a greater wound that would probably result in a bigger scar.

OKAY. the qing jing zuo wen must have gotten to my head. but yes, today all of a sudden when i was at the bus stop, i was thinking about the qinghua bus. and i realised that yes, the memories have faded considerably, and we live for a day without mentioning china, i dont even talk to most of the china people. so just to tell you, i'd just like to take this moment and capture it, and remember that yes, i have been in this transition phase where it is fading to nought, slipping through your fingers and theres nothing you can do about it, not only because not many people are supporting you through this period of assessments, but because you yourself can't afford it julia.

i guess some people say that after the exams it'll come back. and i dont know whether i hope it will. maybe we should just get on with life. im such a sucker for feelings dont you know. heart totally rules now and i know i cannot afford it. so who am i to blame if they dont want to talk to me, or cant for that matter. not even talking about gpa, these effects are lasting longer than they should. and its not a good thing when exams are coming right up.

school has been a real drag too you know. its not that i cant concentrate. but more like i cant be bothered to. i know i will survive with some remarkable miracle. there can be miracles when you believe. but i just wish i was more interested in school.

we're getting our math test back too tomorrow. im kind of worried because its quite a huge percentage of the whole year, plus the summative isn't exactly the easiest thing so i need something to pull it up. shucks. sabrina got 10/35, which is like remarkably ..... remarkable. so i pray and hope i dont do too badly.

Not much time to blog these days.. been catching up on all the work that I missed during the period when I was still slacking around. I'm working hard ya.. trying to switch to mugger mode but perhaps the Mugger and the Lingting can never coexist harmoniously.

Wahh I originally started this entry at like 10 or so but ok got distracted in between. So Julia beat me to posting up the pic. Nvm but agree that Xinwei's buddy is so chio right. Not very noticed though cos she wears specs and looks less chio usually, except she takes off her specs whenever she takes photos. Ok! I shall stop going on about how chio she is. It must be so disconcerting to hear girls perving at admiring the beauty of other girls. Anyway, I really regret not taking more pics last year when they were here. Somehow the memories fade faster when there's nothing tangible to remember them by.

PSL carn seems to be the latest talk of the town here. Yeah auditions are on 23rd April, a week from now (according to Darrell). Still wondering if we'll be performing, but anyway good luck to Darrell and Guankoon and their band! Must get in k, then it'll give us an excuse to meet again during PSL carn. xP I think PSL carn is normally like super boring though, nothing but an excuse for RGS PSLs to buaya socialise with PSLs from other schools. Hmm actually I think we'll only perform if we don't need to audition. SYF in less than 2 weeks time, confirm no time to practice for now. Owells I shall go and find out more. But if you're interested in watching our band perform, COME FOR RGS GUIT CONCERT 15/16 JULY!! Hahaha this is like some super advance advertisement but yeah mark those dates on your calendar and come. (Btw 15th July has another extremely important ocasion *HINT*). It'll be good la (hopefully). And its cheap, same place as rhyth gym concert but 7 bucks only. Very worth it right, except sorry no dancing... unless Liben volunteers to put his newfound talents in rhyth gym to good use, can come guest perform at our concert. In that case though, we'll probably have to slash ticket prices by 50% and hope customers don't ask for a refund after the show. xPP Okok just kidding...
